After more than 30 years in the financial planning profession, almost all of which as a CFP® practitioner, my responsibilities at The Planning Center are those of a senior planner, a relationship manager, and a mentor to the younger members of our talented team of financial planners. I specialize in transition planning, retirement planning, and life/wealth-related financial planning. I would say the highlight of my career was serving as the National President for the Institute of Certified Financial Planners in 1996. I love what I do and my goal is to continue to serve as a mentor to those who are committed to serving the needs of others.
As someone who is blessed to have been born with a servant’s heart, this profession answered my personal and professional callings. Or I could say, more realistically, this profession snagged me. I can think of nothing I would rather be doing than reveling in the honor and privilege of accompanying a client on such a personal adventure as their life’s journey. And some of it even has to do with financial planning!
