This award recognizes 40 leaders under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the Quad Cities. Honorees will be featured in a special edition of the QCBJ and celebrated at an awards event at the Waterfront Convention Center in September. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is how it is judged. The selection panel weighs business success and civic and philanthropic contribution equally, which is a fitting way to describe how Matt shows up every day, for his clients and for the community he calls home.
