As a Client Service Associate, I believe that excellent service starts with genuine care and clear communication. My role allows me to support clients with everything from scheduling to navigating account technology—always with a focus on helping them feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
With around six years of experience in client-facing and administrative roles, I bring a solutions-oriented approach to every interaction. I enjoy managing details behind the scenes while being a reliable point of contact for clients and our team. My background in data analytics and coding supports my ability to navigate technology and keep processes efficient and up to date.
What drew me to The Planning Center was its emphasis on building lasting client relationships and fostering a culture of growth for both clients and team members. I’m excited to continue learning and developing professionally while contributing to a service experience that clients can rely on.
