What is a Conversation Circle?

Conversation Circles are informal gatherings where people come together to have authentic conversations about various topics. Our monthly circles focus on the intersection of life and money, and are a safe place to talk with like-minded women about the important aspects of finance beyond the numbers.
The 90-minute circle is structured to provide time for personal reflection and interpersonal connection. Facilitators provide background information on the topic and questions to lead, start and guide the conversation. The time may include whole group conversations, breaking into pairs or small groups, and writing prompts.
Each woman participates based on her own level of comfort and desire, and some choose to sit and listen. The circle is conscientiously set up to be a judgement free space to allow each woman to feel safe sharing her experience. No previous experience is necessary.
