I love helping people in every way I can, solving issues, or just making others feel important. I am The Planning Center’s office receptionist and responsible for handling the scheduling of appointments, incoming and outgoing mail, and answering phones. I have more than 37
years of experience in customer service, and for most of that period I was working for a single communications company.
I have provided customer service to both residential and business customers during my career. My department’s work at a previous employer moved to the Midwest forcing me to retire abruptly. I became an employee at The Planning Center after becoming a client of the firm in early 2016 and I am excited to be a part of such a great company.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, visiting with friends and family, and exercising. Among my other favorite activities are listening to music, gardening, cooking, traveling, and playing card games. One of my long-term goals is to go to New York and see a Broadway musical.
