Brenda Bromley

Client Relationship Manager

Quad Cities

I am responsible for building client relationships. My job entails taking calls from clients, scheduling appointments for financial reviews or other purposes, and working with our service team to ensure the client is always our top priority and that their needs are met while they are in our offices. Whether it’s helping to fill out forms or just directing a client to the right person for assistance, I love being able to help people get their issue resolved. It really all comes down to helping people, from the clients who need financial advice or planning, to the financial planners who need help with behind-the-scenes work.

“Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.” [Carl Bard]

In my free time, I adore scrapbooking. I love the results of knitting too, but I will try any new craft in case it might be “the one” that I continue doing. My most important accomplishment is raising my son, Alex, to be a productive member of society and someone who is truly a joy to know.

Who inspires me:
My husband, Bruce, inspires me to be and do my best every day and not to sweat the small stuff. He helps me to see my true worth, to dig until I find the actual central issue of a problem, and to come up with solutions.

Most effective saving tip:
Have your savings taken out of your paycheck automatically as soon as it is deposited. If you never see the money, you won’t spend it.

My favorite things:
It’s a toss-up between my Kindle and my computer!

My greatest extravagance (under $100):
Scrapbooking supplies. I love watching how-to videos on scrapbooking, but hate that I get so intrigued and excited about new ideas on how to use supplies that I have to get some right now! Wish lists are a great way to bypass that temptation!

In my spare time:
I love to read, mostly science fiction or mysteries, play computer games, and do a variety of crafts.
