TPC Cafes are intended to be small group discussions between 4-8 client families and the staff from TPC. We ask a series of open ended questions designed to stimulate conversation in an open, safe environment. Cafes are scheduled periodically, as discussions are called for, and are typically held from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.

TPC Lectures Feedback from clients has indicated a desire for educational opportunities related to economic conditions and to different aspects of financial planning. The various Lectures are intended to provide an educational format, and to invite open dialiogue. Unless otherwise noted, TPC Lectures are held from 5:30 - 7:00 pm on the following dates:
TOPIC: Principles of Behavioral Finance - Eric Kies CFP® will be discussing research that indicates humans are not naturally wired for prudent, long-term investing. He describes common forms of behavioral bias and discusses how these biases influence investment decision making. He also explains how knowledge and discipline can help investors control their instincts for a better investment outcome, as well as some of the systems, tools and procedures that TPC uses to help address these concerns.
